How to Place an Online Order with NEOGEN®

In this video we will walk through efficient ways you can add items to your cart and the checkout process.
Start by logging in or registering. This will give you access to your pricing, account information, and ordering features on our website.
If you're looking to browse our offerings a great place to start is our Solutions navigation. Once you select a category of interests, use the filters to the left to narrow down your results. You can add an item to your cart from here or select the item for more information.
If you are looking for a specific solution, use our search bar to quickly find relevant results. Either select from the autocomplete bar or select enter to see all search results. From the search results page you can also filter, add to cart, or open the item page.
Another great way to add items you regularly order to your cart is using Lists. First add your favorite items to your list by selecting add to list on the item page. Once you have added items to your list go to Lists under My Account. From here you will be able to manage your lists and add items from your list to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, select the cart icon and the checkout button.
Complete checkout in a few easy steps.
Step 1: Review your billing address. Should you need to change your billing address please contact our customer service team. Under billing address you are able to add additional email recipients to receive the order confirmation email.
Step 2: Select or add a shipping address. Should you need to edit an existing shipping address please contact our customer service team. Next select a shipping method per shipment.
Step 3: If you have a coupon enter it under Coupons and select apply.
Step 4: Enter your payment information. If you would like to establish credit terms with NEOGEN please complete our credit application. If you are tax exempt please submit a valid certificate to us before placing your order.
Step 5: Review your item summary and order summary before placing your order. You'll receive an email order confirmation and can check the status of your order under My Account at any time.
